11/12/22 Update - We are experiencing worldwide shipping delays from our warehouse in India.  These delays are generally a few weeks longer than our regular turnaround time.

Orders up to the 24th of November 2022 - Currently shipping, tracking numbers are expected in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Orders from the 25th of November 2022 onwards - Currently being packed, waiting on further updates.

 

What are your shipping terms?

Please note that Sarsparilly has two warehouses for stock.

Indian warehouse - All new collections from 2022 (including the Cosmic Girl Collection launched for pre-orders in 2021, but fulfilled in 2022) and any head scarves are located at our warehouse in India.  These items will be generally shipped via two express courier services, DHL or Aramex.  Tracking numbers are provided.

Australian warehouse - All accessories, hand bags, face masks and collections released prior to 2022 are stocked at our warehouse in Newcastle, Australia.  All orders are generally sent express via Australia Post.  Tracking numbers are provided.

 

Due to our two warehouses being in different countries, you may receive a split order with parts of your order coming from different warehouses.  You will only be charged the one shipping fee for this.

 
International Postage -
Please note you may have to pay taxes or customs on your end which we are not responsible for.  We cannot mark parcels at a cheaper value because it is illegal.
When will my order be shipped?
Please expect a handling time of 5-7 days and shipping sometimes be delayed to other states of Australia and globally due to the Covid 19 pandemic and it's flow on effects.
