Our policy lasts 30 days from the item delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your item delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For Australian customers please visit our Return Centre for easy returns and drop off points closest to you for exchange or refund.

For Customers outside Australia, please send an email through to for help with your return query and details of where to send your item back to for exchange or refund.

Condition of returned items

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging which includes the plastic packaging it was received in.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as: 
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the payment option you used to make the purchase.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Returns on Sales items are allowed as long as the item has all of it's tags and is in original condition.

Customers Outside Australia:  If you need to exchange your purchased product for the same item in a different size or would like to exchange for a different item, please contact our customer service at for further help and information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you send your item back via post, unless an item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.   In the case of a faulty item, shipping costs will be reimbursed or a free post address will be given to you, please contact our customer service team in this instance.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please also take care to use a trackable service or service with insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit before they arrive to Sarsparilly.
