Have not received dress.

Ordered dress on 15th of June to wear to a wedding at the end of August. Wedding is now 2 weeks away and still have not received a shipping notification. One email received in June saying there were shipping delays. Second email received at end of June saying dresses would be sent in July. No update since. Sarsparilly are not responding to comments on social media asking about orders. The dress looks like it would be beautiful and seems to be good quality, but I can't be sure until I've received it, which will probably be too late.
